Accurate Personnel is looking for a bright, motivated sales professional for our staffing office in Lacey, WA. This candidate will be responsible for direct sales of temporary and permanent placement to small to large-sized companies; developing new business through cold calling, phone prospecting, and face-to-face presentations; obtaining new clients through prospecting, and client management. As a member of the Accurate Personnel family, you will have all that is needed to grow and become as successful as you can be!
Job Functions
- Develop full knowledge of assigned sales territory
- Prospect new opportunities for business
- Secure new accounts and expand business in existing accounts by preparing and presenting successful sales proposals
- Develop and expand network of community contacts to maximize business development opportunities
- Daily entry of activity into CRM tracking software
- Attend/Lead whiteboard meetings
- Report to Sales and Operations management regularly with progress updates
- Cooperate with and engage Operations staff to ensure that business is served successfully
- Demonstrate the company's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators through daily activity
- Ability to commute within assigned territory to reach prospective and existing client sites
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- A strong understanding of all facets of the sales process
- Proven track record for success in business development and revenue generation
- Hungry to make money/make a difference
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles with tact and professionalism
- Ability to meet required budget and quota expectations
What you will do:
This highly visible position plays a crucial role in building the sales pipeline and managing the best-in-industry client experience we strive for with each interaction. Specifically, you will:
- Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and other business development-related activities
- Meet with prospective clients to determine talent acquisition objectives by conferring with hiring executives and business owners
- Analyze, interpret, present, and recommend sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions
- Meet with clients to review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews
- Network and promote the organization at business expos, networking events, and professional networking groups and associations
Qualifications:

- Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands
- A “hunter” and enjoys the thrill of finding clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services
- Able to travel within assigned market(s)

Pay, Schedule, and Location
- 70-80K/annually, plus commission earning potential
