Social Media Specialist Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at up to $24/hr, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Sarasota, FL
Social Media Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and post creative content across all platforms
- Assist in the management of digital advertising and media buying campaigns
- Create, edit, and distribute written content through various internal and external channels
- Participate in content creation for social media (graphics, videos, TikTok/Reels, etc)
- Assist in the generation of leads via Indeed, job boards, and social media
- Oversee public reviews on Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Facebook
- Assist with basic paid media and ad-buying campaigns
Social Media Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong personality with a desire to develop a brand on social media
- Must be proficient with all social media platforms
- Bilingual abilities (English / Spanish) are a plus
- Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading abilities are required
- Previous experience in a marketing/recruiting environment would be beneficial
- Basic paid media and ad buying skills/experience
