This position involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless benefit enrollment and management processes for employees and employers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for HR teams, brokers, and employers, providing technical assistance, system training, and resolving benefit administration issues. The ideal candidate works well within a team combining strong technical expertise with some knowledge of employee benefits and outstanding customer service skills to deliver exceptional end user experiences. Hours : 8 : 00 : 00 : $60,000 - $70,000 DOELocation : Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (Hybrid)Type : Direct hireStart date : Immediately upon passing backgroundBenefits : Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with 4% match, PTO DUTIES-System Integration-Configure and implement Employee Navigator software to meet the specific needs of clients, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, and carrier connections.-Collaborate with HR teams, brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth integration with payroll systems, insurance carriers, and other third-party platforms.-Technical Support-Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues related to Employee Navigator integrations.-Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, enrollment discrepancies, and data transmission issues.-Provide ongoing technical support and guidance for system updates or changes.-Training and Onboarding-Train HR teams, brokers, and employers on how to use Employee Navigator effectively.-Develop and deliver training materials, including user guides, videos, and step-by-step documentation.-Monitor automated data feeds between Employee Navigator and external systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.-Compliance and Documentation-Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations such as ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA through accurate system configuration and reporting.-Document integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to streamline future implementations.-Project Coordination-Work closely with project managers, carriers, and clients to ensure integration timelines are met.-Provide updates on project progress and identify potential roadblocks to successful implementation.-Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.-Collaborate with the Employee Navigator team to recommend and test new features or enhancements.-Client Relationship Management-Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform and its integration.-Proactively identify and address client needs or concerns.
