Specifics :
- Learn and understand basic services offered by company
- Primary individual to answer all incoming calls
- Communicate with customers by telephone or email in a professional and pleasant manner
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and changes
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ability to collect payments using a credit card machine
- Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure required information is listed
- Assemble accurate and well-organized quotes per APP processes
- Enter and prepare quote in accounting system
- Update inventory and enter new items / parts with all the required information
- Send quotes to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain and scan all original documents on server
- Maintain company and customer confidentiality
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Prepare and send out invoices using APP standard processes
- Call and send reminders to customers regarding outstanding accounts
- Maintain and update customer Email Invoices list
- Prepares and reports detail account receivable status
- Prepare monthly on-time delivery report
- Process new customer purchase orders according to APP standard processes
- Close and ship orders according to APP standard processes
- Perform general clerical duties
- Train new personnel
