Role: Desktop Support Specialist

Role Description
- Previous working experience as a computer technician or Desktop Support Specialist for 5 years
- Strong understanding of Linux, Microsoft and Apple operating systems
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Good ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A ) will be an advantage"
