Production Support Specialist role (Specialist in Accounting Systems)Key Responsibilities :
- To oversee & support our Corporate Trust business service, with specific focus on accounting workflow.? Provide Incident Management and Problem Management functions as it relates to issues tied to the accounting application.
Competencies : AppDynamics, Oracle Database 12C Administration
Experience (Years) : 6-8
Essential Skills :
Mandatory Technical Skills :
1. Must possess rich experience (5 years) in supporting Accounting Systems (preferably Eagle Investment Systems) and associated workflows, such as Trade Processing, Fund Accounting, and Reference Data Management.
2. Strong technical knowledge in Oracle Databases, Unix systems, and Windows Server support.
3. Must have exposure to monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, OEM, Fog light, App engine, ITSM - Service now, Moogsoft, Prometheus etc. while troubleshooting production issues. Tech stack : ? Oracle, Unix, Windows, Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, Appengine (PaaS)? Monitoring tools ? Moogsoft, AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus.Others : ? Ability to work under stressful situations.
Desirable Skills : Good Programming Language skill
