Description:
The Website Developer will work as part of a team in maintaining and developing new features for company websites. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented developer who will play a key role in translating requirements into fully functional web applications. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be managing multiple projects and deadlines collaborating with cross-functional teams in defining, designing, and launching new features.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coding, testing and debugging of applications
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Working with end-users to define requirements
- Consistently maintaining secure coding practices
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues related to company websites
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
- Identify areas of optimization across existing codebases and propose solutions
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2 years of experience in a developer role
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with Git and Version Control
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience working with public-facing web applications
- Website development experience using PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of website integration and software creation
