Summary
As a Full Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. Your core skills in office management, clerical tasks, and phone etiquette will ensure smooth daily operations. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Organize files for billing and customer records.
· Greet and direct visitors through the company.
· Answer telephone and direct caller to appropriate extension.
· Takes messages for various personnel.
· Receives and sorts incoming mail.
· Electronically files for Finance, Quality and Human Resources departments.
· Maintains organization of the conference room.
· Maintain ESD Controls.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
