Description
Accuvia Software Group is looking for a candidate for our Project Administrator role to assist with our customer project activities. The activities include handling the administrative aspects of the project including coordination of orders, invoicing, and delivery of products.
The Project Administrator will work with our internal team, our vendors and directly with our customers to coordinate activities required for customer projects. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a focus for customer service, an appetite for learning, as well as strong administrative, organizational and communication skills.
This opening is a full-time permanent position that will be based in our downtown Chicago office. This role has an opportunity for remote work option for a portion of the work week.
Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate and manage customer project activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including orders, schedules and project activities.
- Schedule and coordinate new activities
- Manage existing activities, orders and commitments
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate activities with our vendor partners
- Resolve exceptions and issues.
- Meticulously document the status and results of all activities.
- Provide status reporting to our customers on the status of pending activities
- Utilize our project management tools and web-based software application to manage activities related to our customer’s projects.
- Communicate directly with our customers, vendors and other team members through the use of email and conference calls on the status of project activities.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
Associates degree or greater
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Work Conditions

Position Overview
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week, 5 days, 8 hours per day)
- Working location in the Accuvia Software Group office in downtown Chicago, IL
- Potential for remote work arrangements for some percent of work week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $33,280.00 - $41,600.00 per year
