Position Summary
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The AccuWeather Customer Marketing Manager will :
- Focus primarily on the development of pitch decks to support sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer insights, data, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
- Create and manage messaging for AccuWeather's services and solutions.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and business teams to develop customer-focused messaging, case studies, and success stories highlighting AccuWeather's impact.
- Assist with app store optimization for AccuWeather's iOS and Android apps.
- Work with internal teams to implement marketing campaigns and bundles for B2B (AccuWeather For Business) and B2C offerings and partnerships.
- Manage content strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, including presentations, brochures, and digital experiences
