Full-Time Manager – Warehouse Experience

Individuals with backgrounds in construction, general labor, or warehouse environments often excel in our customer service positions due to their strong work ethic, determination, and resilience.

Full-Time Manager Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving offerings.
• Assist customers in person with billing and equipment issues.
• Support new customer acquisition and qualify potential clientele.

Full-Time Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
