Ace Auto Sales in Fyffe, AL is looking for someone to take charge and ownership of our Sales and Marketing! This position will be based on Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, & Maintaining the new inventory. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, takes initiative and is reliable.

PAY:

*****This position pays $42,000-$45,000 a year. The break down of the pay is a base hourly rate of $14-$16 an hour based on prior sales experience PLUS monthly BONUSES paid out for 6 different ways. This averages each sales person to $20-$24 an hour ! *****

As the Sales and Marketing Executive: You will be responsible for the duties mentioned below, as well as, helping to keep the office running smoothly, as well reporting to the office manager and business owners, make sure all customers are attended to and taken care of, answer phones, and make phone calls for collections and insurance verification. Help to market all vehicles for sale on multiple Social Media Platforms. Ask for reviews for good honest feedback and how we can improve the customers experiences as a business.

Monthly Responsibilities (not all of these will be done on a daily basis, just as needed!)

• Sale Vehicles

• Field telephone calls

• Receive and help visitors

• Take pictures of vehicles as soon as they are ready

• Post the pictures to our Dealer System for the website

• Follow up with Leads that could fit that vehicle

• Put all leads into a lead platform

• Respond to leads on a daily basis

• Use multiple Social Media Platforms DAILY

• Market all vehicles via Video, Pictures, Stories, TikTok, Instagram

• Market loans and services we provide

• Market and Share to Facebook groups

• Help market giveaways

• Make Facebook post

• Make Customer Spotlight Post

• Search for customers online looking for vehicles

• Answer Social media messages

• Maintain a positive and efficient working environment

• Greet and assist customers and make them feel welcome

• Answer any questions the customers may have

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers

• Assist Customers in finding the requested information 

• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment

• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

• Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials

• Conduct internet research on marketing trends

• Perform and help with Collections on past due accounts and insurances

• Communicate with current customers to request payment and arrange payment plans

• Enter data into reports as needed

• Create email and postal mail camp

• Communicate with insurance companies, verifying insurance

• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system

• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars

• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed

• Maintaining open communication on past due accounts with the Sales Manager and/or owners.

• Will be responsible for the whole sales process from start to finish

• Will get copies of customers proofs of income, residency and insurance for approval

• Will copy all paperwork from Sales

• Will submit titles apps from the Sale

• Will enter customer data from sale and set up payment reminders

• Help maintain a clean office

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment or managerial role

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees

• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments

• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have

• Good communication skills with customers

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to organize and create orderly systems

• Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing

• Familiarity with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Products are required

REMINDER: SALES BONUSES CAN BE EARNED 6 DIFFERENT WAYS - Most monthly bonuses will average your pay to $20-$24 an hour (ie; an additional $5-$9 an hour on top of your hourly rate, paid in a lump sum monthly after 45 days of month end. After the first 45 days the Bonus will be paid out on a monthly basis.
