Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified Lead HVAC Installers in assembling and installing heating and air-conditioning units.
- Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping as per manufacturer's specifications.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed, including time spent on each task.
- Provide exceptional service to customers during all interactions.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in HVAC installation is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow systems is an asset.
- EPA Universal Certification is highly valued.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR are mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
