About the Role
Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for uncovering prior service plan customers who have stopped doing business with us or have dropped our annual plan.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Proactively work to secure a commitment back onto our service plan
* Daily management of qualifying all technician lead referrals
* Review all assigned leads on dispatch board and contact customers for further clarification as needed
About You
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry. Your excellent communication skills, superior organization abilities, and problem-solving skills will enable you to succeed in this role. Additionally, a valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required.
