Duties
As a CSR, your main duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Logging customer details and comments in our system
- Provide information and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to management
- Make outbound customer follow up calls
- Communicate with customers through various channels (Phone, Email, Text)
- Taking customer payments and logging them in
