OVERALL PURPOSE :
The Office Manager provides general support to the Sales team and recruits new sales reps. Theya re the liaison between the sales team and HR. The Office Manager ensures the office is running smoothly and anticipates any issues that may arise.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Essential Duties :
- Print paids, voids, GTS, all reports, memos, and distribute to staff
- Stay on top of sales attendance and notify managers when disciplinary action need to be taken.
- Coordinate interviews for sales manager & go over basic policy’s, schedule, and dress code
- Provide sales reps with credit limits throughout the day.
- Provide sales reps with account notes.
- Provide sales reps with account history.
- Fix Time-Cards for office
- Open or close the office building if needed or make sure someone is doing it.
- Put together any disciplinary actions / submitting al disciplinary emails to HR.
- Make sure all new onboarding paperwork is completed and credentials are working.
- Set up employees with Paylocity and assist them with setting up direct deposit.
- Process terminations and voluntary separations.
- Assisting Sales Manager with any needs that arise.
- Enrolling all new hires in Paylocity online.
