What You’ll Do:
Drive New Business: Use cold calling and networking to generate new commercial and residential clients for our top-notch services.
Hit Your Targets: Achieve growth and crush sales goals by securing new contracts in lawn maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal.
Create Winning Proposals: Input site take-offs, map out plans, and create detailed proposals for enhancement and contract services.
Customer Engagement: Conduct weekly site audits and customer site walks to ensure service excellence for your portfolio of clients.
Retain & Renew: Keep your book of business strong with a high renewal rate by building lasting relationships.
Upsell & Enhance: Consistently find opportunities to upsell landscape enhancements and drive revenue.
Winter Ready: Collaborate with the production team during winter weather events to service customer properties and ensure quality audits.
Take Initiative: Be a proactive problem solver and tackle additional responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Green Industry Experience: At least 3 years in the industry, with hands-on knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
