What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUPERVISOR - COMM position at Ace Parking Management, Inc.?
Compensation : $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
What you will be doing :
- Ensure that parking policies and procedures meet expectations and established standards, while maximizing profitability and minimizing financial exposure.
- Participate in the hiring, training, coaching and counseling processes of team members to ensure performance standards are met.
- Assist in the planning and directing of special event activities and staff performance.
- Respond to and resolve guest and / or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies.
- Maintain continual communication with property management, customers, and guests.
- Monitor production levels and performance to implement cost reduction initiatives, while supporting a spirit of cooperation among locations and departments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of equipment and resources.
