We have partnered with a leading manufacturing company in their search for an experienced Controls Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in Muskegon, MI. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative engineering solutions that support various critical industries.

Key Responsibilities :
- Systems Optimization : Take a holistic approach to evaluating and optimizing plant operations, focusing on improving efficiency and process flow.
- Electrical Systems & Controls : Oversee and troubleshoot facility electrical distribution systems, manufacturing process controls, PLCs, and Logic Systems used in production.
- Technical Engineering Support : Design, install, and modify HMI systems to enhance operational capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership : Drive initiatives to streamline processes, increase automation, and ensure safety and scalability within the plant.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with teams across the facility, acting as a bridge between production floor staff and engineering to ensure seamless operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze performance metrics and data to inform and optimize engineering decisions.
