Job Summary:
The Industrial Controls Professional will oversee and troubleshoot facility electrical distribution systems, manufacturing process controls, PLCs, and Logic Systems used in production. Responsibilities:
- Electrical Systems & Controls: Oversee and troubleshoot facility electrical distribution systems, manufacturing process controls, PLCs, and Logic Systems used in production
- Systems Optimization: Take a holistic approach to evaluating and optimizing plant operations, focusing on improving efficiency and process flow
- Technical Engineering Support: Design, install, and modify HMI systems to enhance operational capabilities
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive initiatives to streamline processes, increase automation, and ensure safety and scalability within the plant
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Strong background in managing and upgrading electrical systems and automation technologies
- Expertise in electrical distribution systems, especially with voltage levels up to 600V
- Experience with PLC programming (Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC)
- Knowledge of industrial robotics and automation systems
