Position Summary: Support Government, Domestic, International, and Logistic teams within the organization with all administrative needs.
Essential Duties and Functions: To perform this job successfully, the individual occupying this position must be able to perform essential job functions set forth below with or without reasonable accommodation. - Register move files for Relocation Managers.
- Process vendor invoices.
- Data entry to ensure timely and accrete information is available for all teams.
- Maintain global lane shipping cost database for bi-annual rate filing.
- Lead Government Expense team in audit and correction of invoice issues with expense transfer from GP to MS.
- Partner with AP on vendor data base accuracy to improve expense transfer.
- Partner with IT on expense transfer improvements whether on MS, OB or GP side.
- Monitor admin team inboxes and ensure correspondence are handled timely and cataloged appropriately.

- Asses incoming materials to determine how and where they should be classified or filed.
- Complete MoveStar form data entry as directed by senior management.
- Analyze billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users.
- Design SOP to develop comprehensive OPS manual for all ARCA divisions.
- Reconcile funding fees with quarterly reporting and prep report for GSA filing.
- Special projects as requested by senior management.
- Backup other Administrative Specialists and Billing Managers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

The pay rate is $20-$24 per hour. Starting pay rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (7 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.
