Job Title: Residential Sales Team Leader
Job Type: Full time; Salary plus Bonus
Salary Range: $80,000/year base salary, with uncapped and unlimited team-based bonuses Reports To: Branch Manager
Location: Flexible, must live in Southwest Montana (must be able to reliably commute to Bozeman Office for weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly meetings)

Candidate Description/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-years successful track record in sales REQUIRED (construction or home improvement-related is a bonus)
- Minimum 2-years of demonstrated experience managing people or mentoring a team REQUIRED
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
- Positive go-getter who enjoys mentoring and coaching to develop high performing teams
- Ability to empower, enable, and motivate a team to learn, grow and achieve goals
- Promotes and inspires a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ability to pass background, driving and drug test

- Proficiency in CRM systems, and other technology and sales management tools
Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing in-home sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular ride-alongs with sales representatives to observe, coach, and refine their techniques for maximum effectiveness
- Facilitate daily/weekly team and 1:1 meetings focused on performance reviews, training, and sharing best practices
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives to ensure they are equipped for success
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Analyze, and hold team members accountable, to sales performance metrics and results; Including but not limited to sales/revenue goals, profitability goals, and KPI/activity goals Identify and address performance gaps through coaching and corrective actions
Customer Focus
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to optimize the customer journey and drive satisfaction and retention
