What are the responsibilities and job description for the CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE position at Ace Solves It All?
Ace Solves It All is located in Kissimmee Florida and we are growing and in need of more CSR's. We are Central Florida's # 1 Service Company performing Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning Service and Repair work all over Central Florida. We are looking for full time and part time people to take care of our great customers and schedule there appointments as they call in or send in there requests from a computer. We are also looking for outbound callers to set appointments with existing and new customers and agreement members. This position requires great positive attitude and able to give great customer service and have computer skills and communication skills. All positions at Ace require a good drivers record, able to pass a background check and pre-employment and random drug testing. Dispatching experience would be a plus. Location for the office is Kissimmee Florida. Experience with Service Titan Software a plus but will train as well.
