This dual-role position is vital in maintaining smooth office operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality mental health services through group therapy coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Operations:
- Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with ACE’s vision.
- Organize workflows, delegate tasks, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
- Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff.
- Issue orders and instructions for work execution, guiding staff as needed.
- Motivate and inspire employees to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle day-to-day office, client, and staff-related tasks to ensure efficient site operations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Day Treatment and Clinical Supervisor for site improvements and strategic planning.
- Support licensed therapists in facilitating group therapy sessions, managing group dynamics, and tracking client behaviors.
- Offer guidance and emotional support to clients, including crisis intervention when necessary.
- Partner with each client’s therapeutic team to achieve treatment goals, documenting progress through daily notes and reports.
- Float between different group therapy sessions as needed, including evenings or weekends, based on scheduling requirements.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards during client interactions.
- Maintain attendance records and prepare materials for therapy sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development:
- Relias Training: Qualified Training Plan, Youth Day Treatment Model, ACE De-escalation Training
- Shadowing: 15 hours of day treatment observation
- Weekly Floater Training: Mandatory participation
- Relias Training Hours: 40 hours of required coursework
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience in group therapy, counseling, or mental health support roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams and managing workflows
