(Mobile) Device Repair Technician

AceCare Repair – Philadelphia and Delaware County PA

• AceCare Repair is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician.

• The technician will use their personal vehicle to travel to customer locations and perform repairs on phones, tablets, and other devices.

• The technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.

• The technician will travel to customer locations to provide onsite repairs in a professional and timely manner.

• The technician will deliver exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in simple, understandable terms.

• The technician will provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.

• The technician will ensure all repairs meet AceCare Repair quality standards.

• The technician will maintain tools, parts, and equipment provided by AceCare Repair if applicable.

• The technician will log repairs and manage customer information using company systems.

• The technician will have at least 1 year of experience repairing smartphones and tablets.

• The technician will have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• The technician will have soldering experience preferred but not required.

• The technician will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• The technician will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• The technician will be able to work independently and manage a mobile repair schedule.

• The technician will have a flexible schedule set their own availability.

Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
