Onboarding Coordinator
Join #TeamAcenda as a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources Department in Glassboro, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete on-boarding process for new hires, including and not limited to
- Collecting and filing New Hire documents
- Background screening completion
- Certification verification prior to onboarding
- Credentialing information
- Workday HRIS and ATS coordination and set-up
- I-9 processing
- Extensive follow-up and communication with New Hires to ensure a timely onboarding experience.
- Assist with recruiting needs
- Assist with personnel file audits
- Actively engage and support the Human Resources team
- Support on-site events, as needed
- Provide positive in-person customer service to colleagues, vendors, clients and visitors
- Create and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
- One to Three years of experience working in Human Resources
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to be flexible and work independently
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
Additional Information:
- Base Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hourly
- Bilingual Rate: An additional $1.50/hourly rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient.
