Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the full life-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles across multiple farm sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, with strong leadership and multi-tasking skills.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for administering the requisition/approval process, partnering with the Central recruiting team for advertising and recruiting support, and maintaining compliance by managing background checks, drug tests, and e-Verify processes.
The successful candidate will conduct stay and exit interviews, act as a conduit for personnel actions/changes, and provide efficient responses to HR queries from facility managers. Additionally, they will lead the Progressive Coaching process, conduct workplace investigations, assist with policy development, and lead onboarding and new-hire orientations.
