Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Residential Coordinator to support the Pettirosso Community Home Program in Gloucester, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management, engagement, and support to youth residing within the program.
- Ensures the safety and security of the program, building, residents and staff.
- Responsible for scheduling and staff oversight
- Provide support and assist with crisis management and medication monitoring.
- Shared on-call time with program director
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or a related field with 3 years or more of relevant experience or unlicensed Master's degree in counseling or related with 1 year of related experience.
- Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgement under all circumstances.
- Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrates a passion for working with adolescences.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
