Housing Resource Specialist - Non-Exempt

Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Housing Resource Specialist to support the Lilly Mae Program in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities :

Provides safety and security of adult tenants within the apartment complex
Promotes an atmosphere of wellness and recovery

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus four years of related work experience may be substituted for a degree.

Required 24 hour on-call

Knowledge of property maintenance, including rent collection, minor repairs, cleaning and maintenance.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Must be sensitive, flexible and responsive to gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, age, sexual orientation or any other special needs as reflected in the ability to communicate with staff and / or clients.
