What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Housing Specialist position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School values the importance of family and relationships in shaping young minds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives.
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, handling daily tasks, and offering guidance and mentorship.
Our ideal candidates possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
