We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Assistant Community Manager in our property Lakeshore at Hampton Center, located in Hampton, Virginia.
What you will be doing
Collect and post rent each monthAssist in the handling of resident work order requests and various concerns as requiredConduct follow-up activity as needed with new and current residentsMaintain positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and contractorsAssist with leasing and lease renewal efforts onsitePhysically walk and inspect the propertyMaintain property waiting listCoordinate on-site data collections and processing of resident informationInsure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels, etcCoordinate apartment inspections for recertification'sMaintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policyAssist with the several administrative and leasing tasksPerform other duties that may ariseWhat you will bring along
High school diploma / GED required (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising preferred)3 years of experience in property management, sales or real estate highly desiredSolid level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to othersExcellent communication and closing skillsStrong understanding of property management concepts and issuesWe Take Care of Our People - we offer competitive salary & employee benefits
