Community Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our community, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and messages from residents and prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi software for lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Assist in legal administrative tasks such as drafting contracts and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services and maintenance within the community
- File and organize documents efficiently to ensure easy access to information
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish required
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and legal administrative processes
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and their application in community management
- Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals
