Highline Stoneworks a residential and commercial stone countertop manufacture in Bolivar, MO is looking for an Inside Salesperson with interior design skills to join our team. As an Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for answering phone calls greeting walk in customers. Helping customers with color choices . This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your design skills and contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk in customers
- Develop estimates and detailed plans, including layouts and color schemes
- Help customers select countertop materials and finishes
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution of projects
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Excellent customer service skills to understand and meet clients' expectations
- Experience with AutoCAD software, is a plus but not necessary
- Knowledge of business development and sales techniques for acquiring new clients
- Ability to conduct outbound calling for lead generation purposes
