Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers to educate them about our home improvement services and the benefits of available programs
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they fully understand their options
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with top sales managers to address specific customer needs
- Represent the brand with professionalism, consistently maintaining a positive and professional image
- Achieve and exceed performance goals through proactive outreach and strong relationship-building with customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for efficient follow-up and future engagement
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree is preferred. However, we do train at the Entry Level
- 1-2 years in a Customer Service, Canvassing, or Retail Sales position is preferred but not required
- Possess excellent communication skills, including listening to and resolving issues, questions, and concerns
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation through a public commute line or a valid driver's license to drive daily to and from the office
- Has a high level of self-motivation
- Has a strong desire to control your earnings and have uncapped performance pay
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
- Virtual classroom training and face-to-face training sessions
- Continuous professional development to help you enhance your sales skills
