Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts; limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity; refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.
You Have:
- Experience providing support for IT communications equipment or infrastructure
- Experience following problem analysis flows to solve problems
- Experience creating and understanding technical documentation for problem resolution
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues, including software applications, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to obtain a clearance
- Associates degree or 2 years of experience providing IT support
- DoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security Certification
