Job Overview
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. Experienced required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize HR software recruitment processes
- Assist in recruiting efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage social media platforms for HR purposes including job postings and employer branding
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks
- Support talent management activities such as performance reviews and training programs
- Assist in HR sourcing activities through cold calling and networking
Experience
- Previous experience in HR or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with HR software systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of talent management practices and recruitment strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
