Role Overview: The Oracle Work Management Module Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle's Work and Asset Management solutions within the utilities domain. This role ensures that the module aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the full lifecycle of utility work management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the deployment of Oracle Work Management modules, ensuring alignment with utility-specific requirements.
- Configure workflows, asset hierarchies, and work order processes to meet operational needs.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure the module supports predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and resource optimization.
- Team Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and field services.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
