Cost Module Lead for a 6month contract in San Antonio, Tx.
Must work on our W2
Consultant can expect to be onsite 75% in the beginning and then as needed for the duration
Role Overview: The Oracle WACS Costing Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the costing functionalities within Oracle's Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) for utility operations. This role ensures accurate cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting to support effective decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Costing Configuration and Management:
- Configure and maintain costing rules and workflows within Oracle WACS.
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs to work orders, projects, and assets.
Integration and Data Management:
- Oversee integration of costing data with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and GIS
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and field teams to align costing processes with business objectives.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure costing processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Work Mgmt Module Lead Role Overview: The Oracle Work Management Module Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle's Work and Asset Management solutions within the utilities domain. This role ensures that the module aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the full lifecycle of utility work management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the deployment of Oracle Work Management modules, ensuring alignment with utility-specific requirements.
- Configure workflows, asset hierarchies, and work order processes to meet operational needs.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure the module supports predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and resource optimization.
- Team Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and field services.
