Duties

- Review medical records and documentation to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate acute care services as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in caregiving and documentation.
- Oversee quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery and resident outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and standards in all aspects of care management.
Experience
- Active RN license
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or acute care environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation review processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans based on individual assessments.
- Experience supervising staff, managing shifts, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to Medicare and other healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
