CRE Relationship Manager (Hotel Industry Experience) - Hybrid
Base Salary : $185,000 - $225,000 (Depending on Skills and Experience)

As a CRE Relationship Manager , you’ll take charge of originating and managing hotel loan transactions, building relationships with top-tier clients, and leading hospitality financing initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Relationship Building : Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with national hotel owners, private equity firms, and institutional hotel owners . Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for clients in your portfolio.
- Transaction Management : Review and evaluate hospitality financing transactions, including loan purpose, sponsor, location, collateral, LTV, DSCR, and competitive market conditions. Prepare transaction prescreen memos and term sheets, and seek appropriate credit approvals for modifications.
- Leadership and Collaboration : Work closely with Credit Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Senior Management, legal counsel, and vendors to guide transactions from origination through to maturity.
- Credit and Compliance Oversight : Review loan documentation and ensure that all compliance, regulatory, and account-related matters are handled effectively. Present Credit Applications to the Credit Committee, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and structure.
- Industry Representation : Represent the Bank at key hotel industry events, conferences, and forums, developing a pipeline of new clients and referral sources.
