Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Evaluation & Analysis: Review potential assets, prepare credit applications, and provide investment recommendations for assigned products/industries, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Continuously assess the credit quality of assigned assets/products through financial analysis, cashflow analysis, market trends, and liquidity measures.
- Deal Structuring & Maintenance: Lead or support deal structuring activities, and manage ongoing amendments, refinancings, and other asset-related activities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Oversee Head Office and Branch monitoring, including regulatory reviews, documentation checks, and portfolio reviews.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities and contribute to the generation of revenue and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of employees, providing valuable feedback for their growth and helping them develop in their roles.
What We re Looking For:
- Educational Background: An MBA degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in credit analysis or a related area.
- Expertise in Renewable Market: Deep knowledge of the US renewable market, including experience with tax equity structures.
- Financial Modeling Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex financial models and conducting internal sensitivity analysis.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Banking Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to contribute to revenue generation and profitability.
- Leadership & Compliance: Capable of managing teams, guiding their professional development, and ensuring compliance in all areas of responsibility.
