Key Responsibilities :
Network Security & Administration : Implement best practices in network security and manage installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of all network-related infrastructure, supporting both HQ and branch data centers.Incident Management : Troubleshoot, resolve network issues, and manage support tickets with third-party vendors to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with Vendors : Coordinate network upgrades and manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.Disaster Recovery : Assist with network-related disaster recovery efforts, testing, and documentation, helping the organization stay resilient in times of crisis.Continuous Improvement : Support the development and mentoring of Network Administrators, promoting knowledge sharing and fostering growth within the team.What You Need to Succeed :
Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 3 years of hands-on experience in network administration, including configuration of switches, routers, and firewalls.Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of network topology, LANS, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and familiarity with network management tools. Cybersecurity, IT operations, patch management, and incident response are all key components of this role.Languages : Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Certifications (a plus) : CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP certifications are highly desirable.Flexibility : Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when required for network updates and issue resolution.Perks of Joining Us :
