Job Opportunity :
Junior IT Solutions Specialist (Financial Industry exp)(Hybrid)
Base Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Process Automation & System Optimization :
- Workflow Optimization & Implementation :
- Get hands-on with the latest automation tools and technologies to enhance business workflows.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation systems, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently.
- Help oversee system performance, identifying opportunities to improve and implement enhancements.
- Support the maintenance and updates of Power Platform-based solutions, keeping them ahead of the curve.
- Document and review automation scripts, ensuring clarity, quality, and adherence to best practices.
2. Data Integration & Management :
Power BI Dashboard Development :Assist in building visually dynamic Power BI dashboards, creating tables, graphs, and charts to enable better data-driven decisions.Ensure data integrity by maintaining table relationships and preventing inconsistencies.Troubleshoot connectivity and data-related issues to ensure seamless operation.3. Project Management :
Collaboration with Internal Departments :Work alongside business units to understand their needs and provide effective, tailored technology solutions.Gather relevant data for smooth project implementation and coordinate with teams for success.Organize and maintain an efficient communication structure through Teams channels, ensuring the smooth flow of information.User Training & Support :Help create operational manuals and documentation for automated workflows, ensuring ease of use.Present and explain automation improvements to business stakeholders, fostering adoption across teams.Experience & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in IT solutions or automation, ideally within the financial sector.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is essential.Project management experience is a plus, with familiarity in methodologies and tools for efficient implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to implement practical solutions and improvements.Excellent communication skills , able to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?
