The Opportunity
Achieve Atlanta is seeking a solutionsoriented Manager Systems to manage the ongoing development and operations of our Salesforce platform in close collaboration and partnership with our current Senior Manager Systems. This key role entails executing on daytoday configuration support maintenance and improvement of our platform. The Manager Systems will work handson and closely with subject matter experts from each operational and programmatic team to identify develop and deploy best practices including the creation of scalable custom solutions and automations enduser trainings and ensuring data integrity both programmatically and declaratively. This role will report to the Senior Director Systems & Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
System Administration :
- Serve as the technology lead in daytoday management of the organizations Salesforce platform specifically overseeing :
Sales & Service Cloud (with NPSP)
Experience CloudMarketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)Design and develop reports dashboards and processes to continuously monitor and improve data quality and system integrityCollaborate with stakeholders to perform data imports exports and updates with a commitment to maintaining highquality dataProactively identify diagnose and resolve user issues and systems challenges providing timely handson support and assistance to endusersDesign build and maintain new and existing automations within Salesforce to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency with Flows and custom APEXSystem Refinement and :
Partner on the and refinement of the existing product roadmap to ensure resources are best deployed to achieve the organizations strategic goals and prioritiesTranslate organizational goals into actionable Salesforce solutions that drive measurable resultsCollaborate with internal and external users to ensure the platforms design and functionality drive productivity and deliver meaningful valueIdentify risks and areas for improvement by managing a typical software development lifecycle (SDLC) that leads to successful implementation and adoption of new processes and functionalityStay ahead of Salesforce advancements continually exploring opportunities to enhance the platforms capabilities based on user feedback and evolving needsSystem Partnership and Engagement :
Develop and implement training for endusers and assist endusers with best practicesCreate user and system documentation and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are addedProvide tailored support to Scholarship Operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and advancing shared prioritiesQualifications : The Profile

Education Experience & Knowledge
Bachelors degree in a related field advanced degree (preferred)Major in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or similar (preferred)Minimum three years of professional work experience in related technical and / or data systems field with strong track record of successHighly proficient with Salesforce Clouds Sales & Service Cloud (required) Experience Cloud (preferred) and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (preferred)Required Salesforce Certifications : Administrator or Platform App Builder

Achieve Atlanta currently operates a hybrid model for all staff. Team members work in the office at our downtown Atlanta location for at least two days each week to allow for collaboration and inperson connections.
