Job Summary : The Case Manager for our Preschool Program is responsible for working collaboratively with the Preschool Project Manager, IEP Manager and other Case Managers to ensure all children receiving services through the Preschool Department receive high quality services which meet all state, City / County and federal expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Quality assurance responsibilities : internal case audits, parent surveys and review of concerns regarding cases.
Data entry : enter, update and maintain data from various source documents, review for deficiencies or errors
Review and analyze available reports to ensure the consistent provision of services; provide weekly update to the Program Director
Regular monitoring of therapist productivity to ensure approved services are provided consistently; communicate any identified concerns to the appropriate Manager or Case Manager.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise throughout the life of a case.
Ensure all cases meet state and county regulations
Provide coverage and / or or assistance to the Preschool Department as needed
Other duties as assigned by Director

Qualifications and Other Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree in a childhood related field, such as psychology, child development, social work or human services preferred but not required

At least 2 year's work experience, preferably in a social services setting or administrative support role

Proven ability to meet daily and / or weekly performance goals

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and goals

Experience working both in a team and independently

Physical Requirements of the Role

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer / electronic device.

The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation : Full-time hourly non-exempt $25 per hour

Hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm Must Be Willing To Work Overtime As Needed. This position is in office.
