Patient Care Specialist (Receptionist)

Achievement Rehabilitation is a dynamic and growing therapist-owned company that provides outpatient speech, occupational, physical and behavior therapy. We are currently seeking a full time Patient Care Specialist in our Crystal River office.

If you are a self-starter who finds value working in a fast-paced, fun environment while providing support and solutions to patients and providers, this is the position for you! One year of office is experience is preferred but not required.

Some responsibilities of this position will include:

• Patient communication and support, both over the phone and in-person
• Collecting & entering copays
• Data entry (such as scanning, faxing and filing)
• Light scheduling and referral assistance
• Ensuring waiting and reception area stay tidy and stocked with needed supplies
• Performing tech duties, such as laundry, cleaning restrooms and assisting with patients as needed
• Willingness to learn and provide support to all administrative positions as needed

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am until 5:20pm and 8:00am until 1:20pm on Friday. Hours during the holidays or emergency closures may vary to accommodate our patients schedules. This position is full time.
