Achosa Home Warranty, LLC seeks a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home protection plans to real estate professionals and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive database of active real estate offices and their respective professionals.
- Establish a roster of 1000 productive real estate professionals, implementing a consistent communication strategy.
- Prospect 50 of the 1000 real estate professionals per workday, utilizing various communication methods and logging interactions in the Achosa CRM.
- Demonstrate timely and proactive communication, responding to calls and messages within 2 hours and addressing emails on the same day.
- Implement the sales plan within the exclusive territory, comprising phone outreach and one-on-one appointments with qualified stakeholders.
- Uphold a prominent presence in the territory by attending realtor office events and industry gatherings.
