About the Role
Achosa Home Warranty, LLC seeks a driven Sales Executive to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home protection plans to real estate professionals and homeowners.
You will establish relationships through informative discussions, hosting presentations in real estate offices, and maintaining a comprehensive database of active real estate offices and their respective professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Outside Sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a roster of 1000 productive real estate professionals and implement a consistent 7-touch communication strategy.
- Prospect 50 of the 1000 real estate professionals per workday, utilizing one of the 7-touch methods and logging interactions in the Achosa CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster alliances with real estate brokers and professionals, securing sales agreements.
- Demonstrate timely and proactive communication, responding to calls and messages within 2 hours and addressing emails and social media correspondence on the same day.
- Implement the sales plan within the exclusive territory, comprising phone outreach and one-on-one appointments with qualified stakeholders such as real estate brokers, professionals, title personnel, and attorneys.
- Uphold a prominent presence in the territory by attending realtor office events and industry gatherings.
