Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
- Coordinate vendor management and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Organize and plan company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle schedule management for team members, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Communicate effectively with staff and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is beneficial.
