Estimator – Drive Precision & Strategy in Every Project!

Are you a meticulous and strategic thinker with a passion for construction estimating? Join our team as an Estimator, where you'll play a key role in guiding projects from initial bid selection to final cost analysis.

What You’ll Do:

 Work Closely with Leadership – Advise and collaborate with the Estimating Manager, to determine project bid opportunities and strategies.

 Standardize & Improve – Help develop and implement department standards, procedures, and best practices for estimating.

 Support & Collaborate – Assist fellow estimators and coordinate with project management when additional support is needed.

 Prepare & Analyze – Gather and review proposals, blueprints, and specifications to calculate labor, material, and time requirements.

 Stay Data-Driven – Maintain and update the cost database to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

 Contribute to Project Turnover & Cost Reviews – Participate in turnover meetings and job cost reviews to refine estimating efficiencies and improve future bids.

 Coordinate Key Resources – Communicate with project management to assess the availability of manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors.

 Develop Strong Industry Relations – Build and maintain partnerships with subcontractors and vendors to enhance project success.

 Engage with Clients & Sales Teams – Attend client and sales meetings, contribute to proposal development, and participate in presentations to win projects.

 Commit to Growth & Safety – Attend training classes and in-house safety seminars to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.

What You Bring:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
✔️ 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
✔️ Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
✔️ Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
